Ce tournoi (gold level) très populaire se déroule depuis mars 2004 entre les meilleurs joueurs du monde dans le court vitré installé au East Wintergarden à Canary Wharf (les anciens docks) situé à Londres. Sur invitation réunissant les meilleurs huit joueurs de la planète en 2004 et 2005, il fait partie du PSA Tour depuis 2006 entre 16 joueurs issues des qualifications. L'actuelle n°1 mondiale, une place qu'elle a atteint pour la première fois en juillet 2020 après la retraite sportive de sa compatriote Raneem El Weleily. Elle perd cette place quatre mis plus tard puis la reprend en avril 2022. Elle fait partie de cette formidable nouvelle génération égyptienne qui domine le squash mondial.
